Can I change plans?

What if I use more edit hours?
Extra hours are $75, and we always ask before going over.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. They reset every month.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. You get an invoice every month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Migration to our hosting is $149, or free on yearly plans.
Are you ISO, SOC 2, PCI or HIPAA certified?
No. We are not certified or audited. We know these frameworks well and follow their practices (ITIL 4, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and HIPAA) in how we run our service. If you need a certified vendor or a signed BAA, tell us first and we'll be upfront about what we can do.
